By purchasing or downloading any digital item from WhatDigit.com, you agree to comply with the following License Terms and Conditions.

These terms define the rights and limitations associated with the use of digital products offered through our platform.

1. License Overview

All digital products sold on WhatDigit.com are protected by copyright and are licensed — not sold — to the end user.

Each item is governed by one of the two license types listed below:

     • Regular License
     • Extended License

You must review the license type carefully before purchasing or using any product.

Failure to comply with license conditions may result in the revocation of your license and legal action.

2. Regular License

The Regular License allows you to use the purchased digital item for personal use or one single commercial project (for yourself or one client).

Under the Regular License, you may:

• Use the product in one end project, such as social media posts, brand visuals, digital ads, websites, or presentations.
• Modify, customize, or edit the item as per your project’s needs.
• Use it for your own business or one client.
• Keep the source file private and secure.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original file (editable formats such as Canva links, PSDs, PDFs, etc.).
• Claim ownership or copyright of the item or its design.
• Use the item in products that are sold in editable or extractable form.
• Include the source file in any free or paid digital resource for others to download.

✅ Example:

You may purchase a Canva reel template bundle and use it to create videos for your business’s Instagram page or one client’s project — but you cannot resell or share the editable template itself.

3. Extended License

The Extended License grants broader usage rights for commercial and multiple-client projects.

It is suitable for designers, agencies, resellers, and marketers who create derivative works for larger audiences or clients.

Under the Extended License, you may:

• Use the digital item for multiple commercial projects or multiple clients.
• Modify, combine, and incorporate the item into end products offered to clients or sold commercially.
• Sell non-editable end products that include the item (e.g., printed materials, rendered graphics, videos, or locked PDFs).
• Use the item in paid advertising, client packages, or branding services.

You may not:

• Resell, share, or distribute the original editable files (e.g., Canva, PSD, or AI files).
• Include the source file in any product intended for resale where others can extract or edit the item.
• Claim ownership or intellectual property rights of the original asset.
• Use the asset for illegal, defamatory, or trademark-infringing purposes.

✅ Example:

You can purchase a design bundle, edit it, and sell rendered graphics or locked PDFs to multiple clients — but you cannot include the original editable templates in your resale.

4. Ownership and Copyright

All items listed on WhatDigit.com remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.

Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the design or its copyright to the buyer.

You are granted limited rights to use the item in accordance with the selected license type.

Unauthorized sharing, copying, or redistribution of digital items is strictly prohibited and may result in legal penalties.

5. License Validity and Transfer

• Licenses are non-transferable and valid for one registered user account only.
• You cannot transfer, resell, or sublicense your license to any other person or organization.
• Each new user or client requires their own license if they wish to use the product independently.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the item for creating, promoting, or distributing illegal or harmful content.
• Use assets in a way that competes directly with WhatDigit.com or the original creator.
• Extract elements from a digital item to resell or redistribute them as new assets.
• Use any item for automated mass generation or AI training purposes without permission.

7. Enforcement

WhatDigit.com reserves the right to:

• Terminate your license immediately upon violation of these terms.
• Request removal of infringing content.
• Pursue legal remedies, including copyright and intellectual property claims, for any unauthorized use.

8. Updates to License Terms

WhatDigit.com may update or revise these License Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the website and its products after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
