"Decent Resource, But Needs Up-to-Date Information"
After receiving the bundle, I started off with optimism, ready to master the intricate workings of a software suite that has become paramount in the professional world. The range of content was pretty impressive, spanning from 2003 to 2016, presenting a quite extensive overview of the software's evolution over the years.
I found the beginner's guides extremely handy, imparting basic knowledge as well as handy tips and tricks to optimize usage. However, I hit a bit of a snag when advancing to the more complex tutorials: the content didn't seem to catch up with the latest versions of the software. Some features listed were obsolete, or their functions have changed in more recent updates. It became quite confusing, and I had to cross-reference with other sources for accuracy.
The same issue was noticed in the advanced training modules, which were quite well-written and comprehensive, but unfortunately outdated. Advanced users looking to upgrade their skills and get updated with the newest features and updates might find themselves falling short. The fact that the coverage ends in 2016 doesn't help, considering the constant changes and upgrades in the tech world; the bundle could do with an update.
Overall, while the course bundle is a good start for beginners or those needing a refresher for older versions of the software, it falls short in providing current, accurate information for the newer versions. The PDFs are well formatted and easy to understand, but the content needs to be updated to keep up with the ever-evolving technology landscape. A decent purchase, but leave room for additional resources if you're aiming to master the software in its present state.
